Large lounge/dining room with seperate kids playroom, both with TV/Video/DVD and large selection of films.Stair-gates in place with cot and highchair available. Garden with shed full of childrens toys and various bikes.

The house is in the friendly village of Trefriw which has 2 Pubs,Post Office, Newsagents, Butchers/Grocers, Woollen Mill and Park all within a 5 min walk. 20 mins to Conwy Castle, 30 mins to Llandudno and its

Helen is a Peadiatric Occupational Therapist and Clive used to run the B&B and is now re-training as an Electrician.We have lived in the village for 5 years and love it here.

There is plenty to do in the area with the beaches and mountains on our doorstep. Jamie 6 loves to go up into the forest and make dens while his brother Josh 3 could just spend all day in the park down the road, which we often do as its sunny there till 8pm in the summer.

With the 2 boys at school and Clive at college we are tied to the school holidays so thought we would try a house swop this year.

We are looking for 7-10 days in Herts/Cambs/Essex/Suffolk/Devon or the South Coast at the start of the Summer Holiday's between 18th July-2nd August.
