We have a lovely Edwardian terraced four bedroom house a large garden with terraced area, bbq, swing, slide and playhouse for children. Dvds, videos, Wii, internet access, games and toys.

A local swimming pool and large park are 5mins walk away.

We are a twenty minute walk into Eastbourne town centre.

Eastbourne has three theatres, contemporary art gallery, shopping facilities, restaurants.

Good train links to Brighton 35mins, London 90mins, Gatwick 55mins. Many great places under a hours drive away: Tunbridge Wells, Hastings, Rye. Lots to do for all ages: Beaches, South Downs, Golf, Award winning childrens play park and zoo, Drusillas 15 mins drive away.

Eastbourne is said to be the sunniest place in the UK!
