All content within this site, including each home exchange listing, is subject to copyright and exclusively available to members of InventedCity and members of our partner agencies in the First Home Exchange Alliance for the express purpose of arranging home exchanges. No part of its contents may be used for commercial solicitations by any other company, organization or individual.

Privacy

This site is a service of a for-fee private membership organisation, and all information contained herein is unconditionally private and not in the public domain. This information is not sold or distributed publicly. No part of this online database may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, transmitted in any form or in any language, by any means, electronic, mechanical, photocopied, recorded or otherwise. Unauthorized use of this site will be fully exposed and will be confronted to the fullest degree of all applicable laws, both national and international. All monies paid to InventedCity will be forfeited if unauthorized use is established.

Media

The media are often working on stories on home exchange and contact us to interview members who are on exchange or have had recent exchanges. We will never pass on your details to anyone without your written consent.

Any member joining for purposes other than home exchange that is found to have solicited our members for any non InventedCity home exchange or other commercial venture will be immediately fined an irrevocable $US1500. InventedCity is a spam -free membership dedicated to home exchange and takes immediate action towards all violators. (Green Theme, Home Base Holidays and Guardian Home Exchange are bona fide home exchange partners).

Members agree that InventedCity shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or other damages whatsoever, regardless of the form of the claim, including but not limited to liability for cancellations, injuries to persons or damages to property, including cars or vehicles. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
