Terraced Victorian house
Our house is a family home, for my daughter, dog and me. We have one double room with en suite on offer plus a small office / high bed room. (Our loft space is out of bounds as it’s my daughter’s room and she doesn’t want it exchanged :) ). It’s a small house but light and airy. And colourful. We live quite simply so expect minimal gadgets, small tv, mix of vintage and new furniture, wooden floors etc. There is a small garden front and back and a back gate onto a beautiful micro community park (William Clarke park).
About the location
We are 25 minutes walk from Brighton pier. 20 minutes to the station by foot. 15 minutes from South Downs national park. Brighton is the uk’s green and vegan and lgbtq capital, and full of independent shops and businesses. And 50 minutes to London by train.
