The orchard bank barn is a "eco build", using locally sourced materials created by local master builders, we have restored the barn to create 60 square meters of a contemporary living space.

Set in a private orchard with surrounding views of the Dart Valley and to sit and relax with a fire pit/barbecue.

Spacious comfortable interior with a determination of sustainability incorporating bespoke wooden kitchen, oak flooring, sisal rugs, Andrew Martin sofa and Mulberry Bean Bag.

About the location

A bolt hole set within The Dartmoor National Park, yet a easy walk (less than a mile) to the charming town of Ashburton. The local hub, nestled on the southern edge of Dartmoor, is home to an array of local restaurants, food delis, pubs and unique interior, gift and fashion shops.

Just a short 10 minute drive away and your in the centre of Dartmoor and its also a short drive to the many of South Devons favourite beaches such as Bantham, Mothercombe, Blackpool Sands and Thurlestone.

It is the perfect location from which to explore the many attractive towns of Salcombe, Dartmouth and Totnes as well as the lovely Cathedral city of Exeter.
