The house is on a road with good bus links to the city centre and is around a 20 minute walk to most parts of the centre. There are electric scooters that can be rented from most locations in Bath to make coming and going even easier. The local area includes a small theatre, several restaurants, a deli, a cafe, a pharmacy, a butcher, an organic greengrocer a a small bookshop.

There are several nice walks in the area with a highlight being a walk up to Solsbury Hill.
