About the location

We are based in south Leicestershire, a village close to the market town of Lutterworth just a few minutes from the M1 and 5 minutes from the M6. Excellent central location due to the road networks linking us to many other counties offering amazing attractions. Wonderfully accessible from Birmingham, East Midlands and Luton.

A beautiful rural area with the benefit of market towns of Lutterworth, Market Harborough and Rugby just minutes away.

The village houses a very good local pub and petrol filling station with shop. A children’s park, outdoor exercise gym and amazing walks and cycle routes.

Surrounding villages offer a selection of excellent pubs and restaurants, tea shops and garden centres.

For the more active and adventurous we have nearby tank driving, outdoor pursuits and much much more.
