Welcome to my cosy artist`s pad in wonderful Leith! situated on the third-floor of a traditional Victorian tenement, with great views, the flat is cosy and compact, and provides a fabulous base for your city break in Scotland`s vibrant capital city.
The summer is a fabulous time to immerse yourself in all Edinburgh has to offer culturally, and the flat is brilliantly situated in walking distance of amazing cafes, restaurants, bars, independent shops and the city centre attractions. Gorgeous, period features throughout and a distinctly retro vibe welcomes you, and the flat consists of onec bedroom with double bed, living room, kitchen and bathroom with shower. Please note that the flat is three floors up, with stair access, so is unfortunately likely to be unsuitable for those with accessibility issues.
About the location
Leith is an extremely exciting and vibrant area, with numerous stylish cafes and bars, galleries and pop-up entities! the address is within walking distance from Waverley station (15 mins), Princes street (15 mins), the trendy shore area (15 mins) and serviced by excellent bus services. Leith walk is on the newly opened tram route which begins at the airport and passes through the city, so the flat is very well connected indeed.
